Bleachers

Tonight it was so much cooler than it has been.  I decided to take advantage of the break in the heat.

I ran 2 sets of bleachers with a lap on the track between each lap.  Walk .38 mile cool-down.

Last week I could only run 1 set.  Awesome awesome!
